Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at HiannFashion. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Your purchase is protected if:                
 -The item was purchased on HiannFashion.
- The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different    from the item represented on the product detail page.
- Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
- Your account is in good standing.
- Your item is returned to us due to customs duties (customs clearance).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone from receiving the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have an extended protection time of 45 days from receiving the item(s), between December 1st and January 30th every year.

How do I open dispute for Return or Refund?
If you purchase the product on HiannFashion, it means that you enjoy the benefit of return or refund within 30 days from receiving the item(s) or within 45 days from receiving the item(s) during the extended protection time.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3- Attach:  A photo of your item(s) and please clearly show the damage if this were the case and your receipt.

Once we receive your email we will notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return or refund.  Any returns or refund need to be approved by our Customer Evaluation Team.
Following the analysis of your case, the Customer Evaluation Team will recommend one of the following measures:

1-Return the item(s)
2- Replacement the item(s)
3-Store Credit   

1-Return the item(s)
 If you are eligible for a return, you will receive instructions to send us back you item(s), your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
We will provide you the address for returning your item(s)

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Also at your discretion can be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2- Replacement the item(s)
If the evaluation team considers it to be appropriate you could be eligible for replacement. In this case at your discretion we can send the same new item(s) again and returning of your old item(s) is not necessary.

3-Store Credit
If the evaluation team considers it to be appropriate you could be eligible for Store Credit. In this case at your discretion we can refund via Store Credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code and returning of your old item(s) is not necessary.
Your request could be rejected if the evaluation team believes that you don’t meet the minimum requirements. In cases like this you will receive a full explanation of the decision.

HiannFashion reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “ wardrobing”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items.
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
